Problems

On my MacPro 2008 running, Server, version 5.1.7, OX 10.11.6 and Firewall CyberGuard version 2.03 I’ve run into an issue that I can’t even discuss with the author since there is no email or phone to contact them. I’ve tried to visit their web site without success either. The problem. When my server sleeps for more then an hour and is awaken it exhibit unbelievable lethargy. For example: When I open any program it can take anywhere from 2 minutes or more. Or when I switch from one programs window to another programs window it can take 1 minute or longer. I just got tired of seeing the Mac ball cursor spin and spin and spin.

Frankly I would like my money retuned since I haven’t been able to address the matter with the author and the only solution is to reboot the cpu. That is unacceptable and well I’d like to hear from the company….
